Detailed Description

 

     5010 belongs to the Al Mg Si alloy system and has a wide range of applications,
especially in the construction industry. It is a promising alloy that cannot be separated
from this alloy. Good corrosion resistance, good cold workability, and moderate strength.
The main alloy element of 5010 is magnesium, which has good formability, corrosion resistance,
and medium strength. It is used in the manufacturing of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, as well
as sheet metal parts for transportation vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp brackets
and rivets, hardware products, electrical enclosures, etc.

     AL-Mg series alloy is a widely used rust resistant aluminum alloy with high strength,
especially with high plasticity and corrosion resistance, which cannot be strengthened by
heat treatment. It has good plasticity during semi cold work hardening, low plasticity during
cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, machinability, and polishing ability. Mainly
used for low load parts that require high plasticity and good performance, working in liquid or
gas media, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil ducts, various liquid containers, and
other low load parts made by deep drawing: wire is used for rivets.
