Detailed Description

 

    Copper Sheet, made of pure copper or copper alloy in various shapes including rods,wires, plates, strips,tubes, foils,ect.,collectively referred to as copper.
    Copper materials include copper plates, copper rods,copper tubes,copper strips,copper wires,copper bars,copper materials.

     C12000 has good welding performance and cold bending performance, and generally has no tendency of "hydrogen disease". It can be processed and used in a reducing atmosphere, but not in an oxidizing atmosphere. The residual phosphorus content of C12000 is low, so its conductivity and thermal conductivity are high. Mainly used in pipe applications, it can also be supplied with plates, strips, rods, or wires. Used as gasoline or gas delivery pipes, drainage pipes, condensing pipes, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and train box parts.

The hot working and heat treatment specifications of C12000 are:
Annealing temperature: 400-650 ºC
Hot working temperature: 800-900 ºC

C12000 Chemical properties:
Antioxidant performance: Poor high-temperature antioxidant performance.
Performance: C12000 has corrosion resistance in room temperature atmosphere, fresh water, and seawater, as well as resistance to cold or hot dilute sulfuric acid and cold concentrated sulfuric acid. But in sulfur and sulfide, nitrogen and nitrogen solutions, the corrosion rate is faster and easier to corrode.
