Detailed Description

 

     Brass is a variety of alloys composed of more than two elements. 
     Brass has strong wear resistance.
     Brass plate is a widely used lead brass, with good mechanical properties, and good machinability, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing, used in cutting and stamping of various structural parts, such as gaskets, bushings, etc.. Tin brass plate has high corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, good pressure workability in cold and hot states, can be used for corrosion resistant parts on ships and steam, oil and other media contact parts and conduit.
     Brass plate has a high corrosion resistance, and have good plasticity,in the air easy to cold and hot pressure processing,easy to welding, forging and tin, no stress corrosion cracking the tendency.

C24000 brass has high strength, good plasticity, and high corrosion resistance. It is used for thin-walled pipes, corrugated pipes, paper mesh, and building materials.

Heat treatment specifications:
Hot working temperature 820~870 ºC; Annealing temperature: 600-700 ºC; The low-temperature annealing temperature for relieving internal stress is 260 ºC.
