    The raw material of aluminum strip is pure aluminium or aluminium alloy cast-rolled
into an aluminium coil or hot-rolled aluminium coil, which is rolled into a thin-plate
aluminium coil of different thickness and width by the cold rolling mill. According to
different purposes, it is cut into aluminium strips of different widths longitudinally by
a slitting machine.
    Aluminium strip is an aluminium deep-processed product formed by aluminum coil
slitting. It is an important raw material in the industry.
 

    5754 aluminum strip belongs to AL-MG rust-proof aluminum It has the characteristics
of moderate strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability, and easy processing and
forming It is a typical alloy in Al-Mg alloys The 5754 with different heat treatment conditions
is the main material used in automobile manufacturing (car doors, molds, seals) and can
making industry productions.

Detailed Description

 

Heat treatment process:
1) Homogenization annealing: heating at 440 ºC; Insulation for 12-14 hours; Air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating at 350~410 ºC; The insulation time is 30-120 minutes; Air or
water cooled.
3) High temperature annealing: heating at 350~420 ºC; When the thickness of the finished
product is ≥ 6mm or<6mm, the insulation time is 2-10min or 10-30min; Air cooling.
4) Low temperature annealing: heating at 250-300 ºC or 150-180 ºC; The insulation time
is 1-2 hours, with air cooling
